The prestigious rooms of Palazzo Pisani Revedin will host a double event entitled "Fragility Unveiled" curated by Anna Isopo and critical texts by the art historian Martina Scavone.
The Palace, a historic jewel in the heart of Venice, will be the setting for the works of international artists who have the merit of establishing a solid relationship between the fragility of the world around us and the transience of artistic making, which generates a completely dichotomy emblematic of existence itself, suspended between present and future, appearance and reality, soul and body. The same dualism affects the exhibition itinerary, in which the alternation between exhibition dimension and narration, between container and content, meaning and signifier gives life to a multifaceted and multiple reality.
The first appointment of Fragility Svelate will start from 8 to 19 March: the journey through the rooms of Palazzo Pisani Revedin will place the observer in front of the works of Regula Margrit Bill, Conie, Konstantinos Spiropoulos, Pia Kintrup and Maria Pacheco Cibils. Five personal exhibitions that converge and relate to the exhibition space, outlining the personal identity of the individual artists.
In addition to the five solo exhibitions, one of the rooms of the Palace will be dedicated to the extraordinary collective exhibition in which the works of Axel Becker, Paul-Yves Poumay, Luciano Puzzo, Belle Roth, Camelia Rusu-Sadovei and Camelia Rusu-Sadovei will be protagonists in a harmonious dialogue. Ulli Ströbitzer becoming an opportunity for reflection.
From 22 March to 2 April, in the second appointment, the personal exhibitions of the artists Tatiana An, Daniela de Scorpio, Waltraud Gemein, Monika Kropsofer and Mirella Ventura will trace the exhibition itinerary. A story between different languages and extraordinary interpretations that links the vision of the authors' thoughts.
The group exhibition will present the works of artists Beate Batiajew, Lesley Bunch, Monika Hartl, Rose Passalboni, Ada Pasta, Sal Ponce Enrile and Ulrike Kaelberer.
An exhibition capable of transmitting perceptions of beauty, strength and energy.
